Report on Africa HQ Subregional Support Meetings

From July 22 to August 17, Africa HQ conducted a series of meetings with each Subregion. It was attended by 75 WFWP leaders across the continent. The main objective of the tour was to support national chapters in expanding membership, deepening involvement, and accelerating concrete action at all levels.The tour was highly successful and motivational. Participants expressed that they felt energized, appreciated, and more confident in their mission. 

The direct engagement and encouragement from HQ helped strengthen unity and renewed determination across the continent. 

Key outcomes included:

• Renewed Motivation: Leaders felt inspired and better equipped to lead membership expansion and activities.
• Strengthened Relationships: The meetings built trust and reinforced the sense of being valued and supported.
• Strategic Recommendations: Participants recommended conducting quarterly HQ tours to sustain momentum and suggested department-specific visits to address practical needs more effectively.

Overall, the HQ Subregional Tour proved to be an important catalyst for growth, collaboration, and empowerment, laying a strong foundation for greater impact in the coming months.
