WFWP Senegal and WFWP Japan Inaugurate Renovated Namora Kindergarten

The Women's Federation for World Peace (WFWP) Senegal, in partnership with WFWP Japan, successfully held the Inaugural Ceremony of the Renovated Namora Kindergarten on Saturday, 2 May 2026, in the Municipality of Tivaouane Peulh, Senegal. The event marked an important milestone in supporting early childhood education and strengthening community development through international cooperation.

The primary objective of the ceremony was to officially hand over the newly renovated kindergarten facilities to the local community while highlighting the importance of quality early childhood education as a foundation for building peaceful, healthy, and resilient communities. The renovation project reflects the power of international partnership and the significant role women play in creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environments for children.The ceremony was attended by 150 participants, including local government officials, representatives of WFWP Japan and WFWP Senegal, education authorities, religious and community leaders, teachers, parents, and community members.
